Automatic satellite AS

Automatic satellite AS & ASM Evo

Automatic satellite for automated cleaning of processing equipment in the food and beverage industry.

The AS Evo satellite serves as the activation component in the cleaning process. It receives orders from the controller on when to activate the various cleaning functions and what to deliver to the nozzle system on the processing equipment. An external booster station supplies the volume of boosted water requested by the activated function in the satellite.

The satellite has 3 chemical inlets and facilitates rinsing, foam application, disinfection and air purge. Cleaning chemicals can be prediluted and supplied by a chemical pump station (central), concentrated and placed under the satellite (decentral), or a combination of both (hybrid).

The standard AS Evo has a built-in 6-segment valve island, which can be expanded to 12 or 18 segments.

The automatic satellite has a flow capacity of up to 900 litres/min for rinsing and is available with foam capacities of 150, 300, 450 or 600 litres/min.

ASM Evo variants feature an integrated satellite for manual cleaning (not simultaneous), stainless-steel rinse and foam nozzles, and a disinfection nozzle.

The AS Evo and ASM Evo automatic satellites are wall-mounted and protected by a stainless-steel cabinet.

Minimised welding, recyclable materials, and a long service life, thanks to high-quality components, reduce the environmental footprint of the AS/ASM Evo.

Available with BSP and NPT threads.

Why choose an automatic satellite instead of an automatic main station?

If you already have a boosted water supply in your facility with capacity to supply an automated cleaning system, the automatic satellite and the controller can do the rest. Supply the satellite with concentrated chemicals placed below it or connect it to prediluted chemicals from a chemical pump station.

But if you don’t have a booster station available, you need an automatic main station with an integrated pump.
