Automatic main station AM/AMM Evo
Automatic main station for automated cleaning of processing equipment in the food and beverage industry.
Our automatic main station is a stand-alone cleaning unit with a built-in, frequency-controlled pump. It facilitates automated cleaning with up to three chemicals and boosts water pressure up to 20 bar (at 4 bar inlet pressure).
The cleaning sequences are programmed in a controller which controls the nozzle systems through the connected segment valves.
The automatic main station is available in two capacities: 150 liter/min and 300 liter/min. The AMM variants have an integrated satellite for manual cleaning (not simultaneously).
It performs rinsing, foam application and disinfection.*
Increased air supply as standard enables injectors to produce up to 600 l/min of foam, facilitating shorter cleaning times.
The AM and AMM automatic main stations are wall-mounted and protected by a stainless-steel cabinet. They are applicable for decentral, central or hybrid chemical supply.
Available in a range of different voltages, currents and threads.
