Boost your brand - make hygiene a priority
Food safety and hygiene in your food or beverage processing plant are key to ensure consistency in product quality and prevention of irregularities in the end-product. Product recalls will inevitably damage your brand and that is why it is extremely important to make sure that you choose the right cleaning solution for your facility.
Our manual open plant cleaning solutions assist you in optimizing hygiene and food safety, and they offer a high degree of flexibility in e.g. the choice of equipment, number of users and functionalities. The wide range of products for manual cleaning in our portfolio ensures that no matter what challenge you face, we can find a solution for it.
Our solutions apply low-pressure technology with boosted water
- More effective water jet – reduced cleaning time
- Aerosol formation minimized thereby safeguarding the processing environment against recontamination by microorganisms
- Less wear on processing equipment and affected surfaces
If you have a request we’ll meet it
Each processing facility has its own characteristics and the requirements for a cleaning solution depend on several factors. Our manual cleaning solutions are highly customizable and flexible. Below you can get more information on general solutions which we can customize to match the challenges you face.
Manual decentral solution
A decentral solution stores and dispenses the concentrated detergents at each workstation – a main station or satellite.
All units can rinse, apply foam and/or disinfect (depending on the choice of equipment), and the concentration of the detergent can be adjusted for the workstation concerned. Decentral solutions can be either fixed to the wall or mounted on a trolley (mobile units). Both wall-mounted and trolley models can be used at the same processing site.
The system can be connected to mains water supply or to a boosted water supply from a System Cleaners supply station. It is an easy solution to install in existing facilities.
Manual central solution
A central solution is characterized by prediluted detergents being pumped to each workstation from a chemical pump station placed in a separate, central location. It minimises the daily handling of detergents, ensures uniform concentration for all users and makes operating the individual system as simple and safe as possible. The solution is often recommended in connection with the expansion of production facilities and/or new construction.
Manual hybrid solution
A hybrid solution is like a central solution but with the additional possibility of adding an extra product at each workstation. The solution is often applied when there is a need for an extra cleaning task to be performed independently of the regular cleaning program.
