Manual satellite S1 Evo
Simple and compact workstation for rinsing and foam application/disinfection
The S1 Evo satellite station is manual cleaning made simple and efficient.
It has one chemical inlet for a single concentrated product (decentralised supply), though two products can be used on the same inlet. The function selector offers three modes: rinse, foam, and disinfection. When disinfection is selected, the air supply automatically switches off.
Note that using more than one chemical in the same suction hose increases the risk of chemical mixing, and also note that the concentration will be the same across all products.
The S1 Evo is available for connection to a mains water supply (3-8 bar) or to a boosted water supply from a System Cleaners main station, pump station or booster station (15-25 bar).
Dosing is fixed by a chemical limiter, preventing unauthorised adjustment of the chemical concentration. O-rings in contact with chemicals are made of the highly chemical-resistant material ETP.
The design allows easy servicing, as the internal components can be removed from the cabinet as a single assembly. Lay it on the table, perform the service, and put it back in the cabinet.
The cabinet is in stainless steel and hygienically designed with a slight tilt at the top. It can be mounted on the wall or fitted to a trolley for mobile cleaning.
With less welding and the use of recyclable stainless steel for most components, reducing the environmental footprint has been a key design priority.
Stainless steel rinse and foam nozzles included.
Available with BSP and NPT threads.
