Flush the injector system
After each use the injector, the dosing valves, injector system and the suction hoses must be flushed with clean water
Move the suction hose to a container with clean water.
Set the function selector to Foam, open the low-pressure valve and flush until only clean water comes out of the hose.
Repeat the procedure with the function selector set for disinfection and other foam products if such are applied.
The image below shows the difference between a chemical valve which has been flushed after each use and one that has not. Flushing the injector after each use will extend the service life of the injector system.
Please note that the type of valve in the image is not part of the S3 but the effect of not flushing is similar.
