AxFlow Holding AB acquires majority holding in System Cleaners

The Swedish company AxFlow Holding AB, part of the industrial group Axel Johnson International AB, has acquired the majority holding of System Cleaners A/S. System Cleaners will now be part of the AxFlow Group, a company with 1,100 employees and owned by Axel Johnson International. 

Becoming part of AxFlow will create a wide range of new possibilities for System Cleaners’ customers, partners and employees. AxFlow has 30 years’ experience in the European food industry and a strong presence in Europe, making AxFlow a fantastic, long-term strategic partner for System Cleaners.
